Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and integrate mental health and AOD services across Adelaide Primary Health Network
• Work in partnership with local communities, service providers, and other stakeholders to identify needs and develop strategies for improved health outcomes
• Support the implementation of evidence-based practices and initiatives in mental health and AOD services
• Ensure compliance with relevant policies, regulations, and standards
• Maintain accurate records and reports related to service delivery and outcomes

Skills & Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in mental health or AOD services
• Strong coordination, organizational, and communication skills
• Able to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field (e.g., social work, psychology, nursing)
