Position Summary
Lead the growth of Colterlec’s Automation portfolio by combining commercial leadership with industrial automation expertise to deliver customer-led solutions. Own the growth and commercial performance of the automation portfolio while leading experienced Product Managers to shape integrated, solutions-led customer outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the strategic direction for the automation portfolio to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Lead a team of experienced Product Managers in delivering innovative and customer-focused solutions.
- Build and maintain strong strategic supplier partnerships to drive growth across key markets.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to inform product development and commercial strategies.
- Evaluate performance metrics to ensure the portfolio meets its growth targets.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a similar role within the automation or industrial sector.
- A strong background in commercial leadership with hands-on knowledge of industrial automation principles and practices.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively lead and motivate a team of Product Managers.
