About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Handyman to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for daily maintenance tasks on a private estate home located in Miami Beach. This role requires a proactive approach to property care and communication with the estate manager.
Core Duties
- Daily walk-through of the property to ensure all areas are well-maintained
- Removal of debris from the premises
- Watering plants both inside and outside the home
- Performing interior and exterior repairs as needed
- Securing the property before submitting end-of-shift reports
- Communicating directly with the estate manager for updates and feedback
