The Opportunity
At ATAF, we are seeking an experienced Exchange Specialist based in Pretoria, South Africa (nationwide) (nationwide), to join our team. This is a full-time position that requires dedication and commitment to enhancing tax administration across African nations.

Responsibilities

What You Bring
We are looking for a candidate who:
- Has a minimum of 5 years' experience in exchange control or related fields
- Holds a bachelor's degree in economics, finance, or a relevant field
- Possesses strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Is proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Learns quickly and can work independently as well as part of a team
- Speaks fluent English; knowledge of additional African languages is an advantage
