About the Role
We're seeking ambitious individuals to join our growing remote team as a Member Benefits Specialist. This role offers you the opportunity to take control of your income and career by working with clients who have already expressed interest in financial protection and benefits. With pre-qualified leads, comprehensive training, and ongoing mentorship, you'll be equipped to build a rewarding long-term career.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Virtually meet with clients who have requested information about their benefit options
- Understand each client's needs and explain available benefit options in detail
- Guide clients through the enrollment process with professionalism and care
- Build lasting relationships through exceptional customer service
- Ensure accurate client records are maintained and follow up as needed
Qualifications
- Self-motivated individuals with a strong work ethic
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A competitive mindset and desire to achieve personal and professional goals
- Coachable attitude and willingness to learn
- The ability to work independently in a remote environment (previous customer service or sales experience is an asset but not required)
