What This Role Involves

The role involves meeting with clients who have requested information about financial protection and benefits, understanding their needs, explaining available benefit options, guiding them through the enrollment process, building lasting relationships through exceptional customer service, and maintaining accurate client records.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Virtually meet with clients who have requested information
• Understand each client's specific needs and explain available benefit options in a clear and professional manner
• Guide clients through the enrollment process with professionalism and care
• Build lasting relationships by providing exceptional customer service
• Maintain accurate client records and follow up as needed
