As part of our growing remote team, you'll help clients understand financial protection and benefits options, guiding them through enrollment processes with professionalism and care.

Responsibilities

• Virtually meet with clients who have requested information about member benefits
• Understand each client's needs and explain available benefit options in detail
• Guide clients through the enrollment process with exceptional customer service
• Build lasting relationships by maintaining accurate client records and following up as needed
