About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the work of team members and ensure project deadlines are met

• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior staff members
• Ensure all tasks are completed in a safe, efficient, and professional manner

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Leading Hand or similar role
• A strong understanding of construction safety regulations and standards
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage teams effectively
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
• Valid New Zealand driver’s license, with the ability to travel to project sites as required
