About This Position
We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to join our dynamic team at Boilermaster Pte Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
Responsibilities
- Aid in the preparation of group consolidated financial statements
- Process intercompany eliminations and reconcile intercompany balances and transactions across entities
- Assist in the preparation of group audit schedules
- Support all finance and accounts-related matters
- Aid the Finance department with month-end closing activities
- Maintain good documentation of the filing system
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong understanding of financial statements and accounting principles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, accounting software, and ERP systems
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
- Experience in intercompany reconciliations is advantageous
