Position Summary

We are seeking a proactive and organized HR & Admin (Factory HR) professional to manage end-to-end factory HR operations and administrative activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for employee lifecycle management, statutory compliance support, attendance & payroll coordination, employee engagement, and smooth day-to-day factory administration.

Your Responsibilities

• Manage the entire employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and termination processes.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations through regular audits and documentation.
• Coordinate attendance and payroll systems to ensure accuracy and timely processing.
• Organize and maintain HR records and documentation for easy access and audit purposes.
• Develop and implement employee engagement programs to enhance workplace morale and productivity.
• Handle administrative tasks such as managing office supplies, arranging meetings, and maintaining the work environment.

Qualifications

• A degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in HR & Admin roles, preferably within a manufacturing setting.
• Familiarity with HRIS and payroll systems.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive attitude and problem-solving capabilities.
