About This Position
We are seeking enthusiastic Freelancers (m/w/d) to join our First-Level-Support team in the E-Commerce sector. If you have a passion for excellent customer service and enjoy working in a flexible digital environment, this role is perfect for you! Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Handling and responding to customer inquiries via email, phone, and ticketing system in German and Dutch
- Providing support to our customers regarding order placement, delivery, returns, and the use of Fotoboxes
- Independently addressing service cases and documenting them within the ticketing system
- Closely collaborating with the internal team to ensure quick and customer-oriented solutions
Key Responsibilities
Your main duties will encompass:
- Responding to customer inquiries in German and Dutch via email, phone, and ticketing system
- Assisting customers with order placement, delivery issues, returns, and the use of Fotoboxes
- Independently managing service cases and documenting them within the ticketing system
- Working closely with the internal team to ensure timely and customer-oriented solutions
Who We're Looking For
We are looking for candidates who:
- Have fluent Dutch language skills along with good German proficiency
- Have experience in customer service and a strong technical affinity
- Are structured, independent workers comfortable using digital tools
- Have experience working remotely and ideally within the E-Commerce sector
- Are available for 15 to 25 hours per week
- Display empathy, reliability, and the ability to remain professional in stressful situations
