Core Duties

• Design and deliver high-quality coaching programs tailored to the needs of young cricketers.
• Develop individual player skills and team strategies in a structured environment.
• Maintain a positive and motivating atmosphere for all participants.
• Collaborate with other coaches, trainers, and staff members to ensure consistency and effectiveness of training sessions.
• Evaluate player progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance their performance.

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a cricket coach or in a related role.
• Demonstrated ability to teach and develop young cricketers' skills effectively.
• Knowledge of cricket techniques, tactics, strength training, mental resilience, and nutrition.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for coaching and mentoring young athletes.
