About the Role

As a Strategic Sourcing Specialist at Fortive Corporation in Conestee, South Carolina, you will support the sourcing, procurement, and management of repair and maintenance services across a trusted network of commercial contractors. Working within ServiceChannel's cloud-based service automation ecosystem, you will play a hands-on part in connecting global brands with the providers and pricing that keep their facilities running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and onboard qualified commercial contractors and service vendors.
• Drive sourcing and procurement activities for repair and maintenance services across multiple categories.
• Negotiate terms, scope, and pricing to deliver value while maintaining service quality.
• Manage supplier relationships and monitor performance against agreed standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align sourcing strategies with client and business needs.
• Leverage the ServiceChannel platform to source, manage, and track service engagements end to end.

Qualifications

• Experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, vendor management, or a related supply chain discipline.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and relationship-building skills.
• Comfort working with cloud-based procurement or service automation tools.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Willingness to work on-site in Conestee, South Carolina (this role is not remote).
