Data Integrity Specialist

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Review and validate data sets to identify and correct inconsistencies or errors across core systems
• Develop and apply clear standards for data quality and documentation to support accurate reporting
• Perform regular audits of records and processes to confirm adherence to internal policies and external regulations
• Work with colleagues from multiple teams to resolve data issues and promote consistent handling practices
• Monitor emerging data sources and recommend improvements that strengthen overall integrity controls
• Prepare straightforward status summaries that highlight data health and any recommended actions

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience maintaining data accuracy and quality in an organisational setting
• Strong understanding of data integrity principles, privacy expectations and common management tools
• Solid analytical ability to detect patterns, investigate discrepancies and propose practical fixes
• Clear communication skills for explaining technical findings to both specialist and non-specialist audiences
• Attention to detail combined with systematic organisation of complex information
• Familiarity with database environments and basic query methods is advantageous
