The SUPERVISOR/A ELÉCTRICO/A JUNIOR role at Grupoenhol centers on providing entry-level leadership for electrical operations at the Guatemala - Inver, Guatemala - Energía site. You will support the coordination of electrical tasks, promote safe work practices, and help maintain quality standards while developing core supervisory capabilities in a temporary assignment. This position focuses on hands-on guidance of electrical activities without requiring advanced independent decision-making.

What You'll Do

• Assist with planning and assigning daily electrical installation, testing, and upkeep tasks to team members.
• Monitor work sites to confirm adherence to electrical safety guidelines and applicable codes during all phases of activity.
• Review diagrams and technical drawings to guide the accurate layout and connection of wiring systems and components.
• Inspect finished electrical work for quality, identify basic issues, and escalate more complex problems to senior staff.
• Maintain accurate logs of materials used, hours worked, and progress updates for reporting purposes.
• Coordinate with other crew leads to keep electrical portions of projects on track and free of delays.
• Support training of junior electricians on proper tool handling, personal protective equipment, and site protocols.
• Help prepare simple material requests and track inventory levels needed for ongoing electrical assignments.

Qualifications

• Foundational experience in electrical installation, maintenance, or related field work, preferably with some team coordination exposure.
• Solid understanding of basic electrical systems, circuits, wiring methods, and standard industry codes.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and work orders accurately.
• Strong focus on workplace safety, hazard recognition, and compliance with best practices.
• Clear communication and interpersonal skills suitable for guiding small crews and interacting with supervisors.
• Organizational habits that support record-keeping, prioritization, and timely task completion.
• Willingness to work hands-on at the Guatemala - Inver, Guatemala - Energía locations in this temporary SUPERVISOR/A ELÉCTRICO/A JUNIOR capacity.
• Relevant vocational training, diploma, or equivalent background in electrical studies preferred.
