Role Overview

As the Part-Time PIT (Pilates Instructor Training) Growth Marketer at Upstate-studios, you will own end-to-end growth activity that attracts and converts prospective instructors. Working fully remotely across Australia, you will plan, execute, and iterate campaigns that lift visibility, engagement, and enrolment interest. Success depends on clear measurement, practical experimentation, and close collaboration with colleagues so that every channel contributes to steady, sustainable growth for Pilates instructor training offerings.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage multi-channel growth campaigns that build awareness of Pilates instructor training programmes among teachers and career changers
• Plan and optimise paid social, search, email, and organic content initiatives to attract qualified interest
• Map and improve marketing funnels, landing pages, and nurture sequences to lift conversion rates
• Track performance using analytics tools, report findings clearly, and recommend practical tests for continuous improvement
• Create or coordinate compelling marketing assets—including copy, creative briefs, and audience messaging—aligned with brand voice
• Research audience segments, competitor activity, and search trends relevant to remote-friendly growth marketing in Australia
• Partner with internal stakeholders to align campaign plans with broader objectives and course calendars
• Maintain organised campaign documentation, budgets, and performance dashboards so decisions stay data-informed

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or digital demand generation roles
• Hands-on capability with paid social platforms, search advertising, email automation, and content distribution
• Strong analytical habits, including conversion tracking, A/B testing, and reading data to guide next actions
• Excellent written communication with the ability to craft clear, persuasive messaging for education or fitness audiences
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setting while collaborating asynchronously across time zones in Australia
• Familiarity with common marketing and analytics tools; curiosity to learn new platforms quickly
• Organisational skill to manage multiple campaigns, prioritise experiments, and meet reporting cadences
• Interest in or exposure to movement education, Pilates, or instructor training environments is advantageous but not mandatory
