About the Role

As Cluster Manager - QLD at T2tea you will be based in Carindale, Australia and accountable for a defined group of locations throughout Queensland. The full-time position centres on delivering commercial outcomes, upholding consistent operational standards and building leadership strength within your cluster. You will work closely with store managers, spend meaningful time on site and keep a clear line of sight on everyday execution so that every location performs reliably and to a high standard.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Direct overall performance of multiple sites within the Queensland cluster against sales, operational and service goals
• Coach and develop store managers so they grow capability, confidence and team results
• Complete regular field visits around Carindale and the wider QLD region to review standards, resolve issues and give timely support
• Interpret performance data, diagnose gaps and convert insights into practical improvement plans
• Protect brand consistency and day-to-day operational quality across every location in the cluster
• Partner with wider leadership to share successful practices and drive continuous improvement
• Oversee resource and roster planning so each site has the people and support needed to run smoothly

• Proven ability to coach store leaders and lift team performance
