Your Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments, monitor vital signs, and identify changes in clinical status promptly.
• Administer medications and treatments according to orders, protocols, and scope of practice while maintaining accurate documentation.

Skills & Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse license valid for practice in California.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in nursing from an accredited program.
• Current BLS certification; ACLS or other relevant certifications preferred where applicable to the care setting.
• Proven clinical judgment, assessment skills, and ability to prioritize under time-sensitive conditions.
• Strong written and verbal communication with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Comfort with electronic health records and standard clinical documentation workflows.
• Reliability for on-call scheduling while meeting full-time Registered Nurse - On Call expectations.
• Commitment to patient-centered care, professional ethics, and continuous learning.
• Ability to work on site in San Francisco, California; prior on-call or acute/ambulatory nursing experience is a plus.
