Position Summary

As the Business Intelligence Analyst - Manufacturing/Production at Chrome-hearts-careers in Los Angeles, CA, you will gather, model, and interpret data from manufacturing and production processes. The full-time position centers on delivering accurate reports and interactive visualizations that help teams monitor efficiency, quality, and output. You will work closely with Operations and Production stakeholders to identify trends, surface opportunities, and support everyday decision-making with reliable business intelligence.

What You'll Do

• Collect and clean data from ERP, MES, and production systems to build reliable datasets for the Business Intelligence Analyst - Manufacturing/Production function.
• Design and maintain dashboards and scorecards tracking key manufacturing metrics such as throughput, scrap rates, and schedule adherence.
• Write and optimize SQL queries, data models, and ETL processes that keep production analytics current and accurate.
• Partner with plant and operations leaders in Los Angeles, CA to translate raw figures into actionable recommendations that improve production performance.
• Document data definitions, report logic, and analytical processes so knowledge stays accessible across the team.
• Investigate performance gaps or anomalies and present findings that support continuous improvement initiatives in manufacturing.

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Business Intelligence Analyst role with a focus on manufacturing or production environments.
• Strong SQL skills and hands-on work with modern BI or visualization tools.
• Solid understanding of manufacturing KPIs, production workflows, and data sources common to plant operations.
• Ability to communicate complex findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Familiarity with data warehouses or cloud analytics platforms is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, industrial engineering, analytics, or a related field preferred.
• Attention to detail, curiosity about operational data, and comfort working on-site in Los Angeles, CA.
