Your Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily store functions, including opening and closing procedures, floor coverage, and workflow coordination.
• Supervise, schedule, and coach associates to meet service and productivity goals while fostering a motivated team environment.
• Monitor inventory levels, assist with receiving and merchandising product, and help maintain accurate stock counts and appealing displays.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns promptly to protect loyalty and drive repeat visits.
• Track key performance metrics such as sales targets and labor efficiency, then share clear updates with management.
• Uphold company standards for cleanliness, safety, and visual presentation throughout the Westfield location.
• Assist with cash handling, cash office duties, and loss-prevention practices as needed.
• Step into the Manager-on-Duty role during shifts when the Store Manager is away.

Who We're Looking For

• Prior retail leadership experience as an Assistant Store Manager, Shift Supervisor, or similar role is preferred.
• Strong customer-service orientation and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Proven skill in coaching others, giving constructive feedback, and building team accountability.
• Basic proficiency with point-of-sale systems, inventory tools, and Microsoft Office or equivalent software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, plus solid organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Flexible availability that includes evenings, weekends, and peak retail periods.
• Willingness to work on-site full time in Westfield, Indiana and lead by example on the sales floor.
