Role Overview

The Production Relief, Level 3 (Mon.-Thurs.) 7am-5:30pm opportunity at Trinidadbenham in LaGrange, Georgia centers on stepping into equipment stations as needed so output stays consistent and meets established standards. You will focus on first-shift coverage Monday through Thursday beginning at 7am and ending at 5:30pm, coordinating closely with the production team to sustain efficient, high-quality results without downtime.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Prepare and run manufacturing equipment so finished items satisfy both quality criteria and scheduled volumes.
• Perform routine upkeep on machine systems that supports continuous production runs.
• Carry out fine-tuning of settings whenever process conditions call for correction.
• Recognize and correct everyday equipment malfunctions or quality deviations promptly.
• Provide coverage across multiple stations so workflows remain steady during breaks or absences.
• Monitor gauges, materials, and output rates while following site safety and documentation practices.
