Key Responsibilities

• Prepare espresso drinks, brewed coffee, and specialty beverages to exact recipes and presentation standards

• Keep espresso machines, grinders, counters, and preparation areas clean, stocked, and ready for continuous service

What You Bring

• Ability to learn drink recipes quickly and operate commercial espresso equipment confidently
• Comfort multitasking under pressure while remaining accurate, calm, and personable
• Reliability and stamina needed for Full Time work in Holland, Michigan, including standing for long periods and lifting moderate stock items
• Basic math skills for handling cash and card transactions correctly
