The Opportunity
This fixed-term engagement of around 12 months lets you deliver purposeful work inside New Zealand’s expanding energy arena. Responsibilities
- Perform detailed remuneration analysis and translate findings into practical recommendations that guide pay decisions
- Apply Korn Ferry job evaluation methodology to grade roles accurately and consistently
- Generate clear analytics and reports that equip leaders at Transpower with evidence for compensation choices
- Support the design and maintenance of fair, market-aligned remuneration structures
- Collaborate with human resources and people leaders to ensure evaluation outcomes remain transparent and defensible
- Monitor data trends so that pay practices stay equitable and aligned with organisational needs
Who We're Looking For
- Solid background in remuneration analysis and advisory work within complex settings
- Hands-on proficiency with Korn Ferry job evaluation tools and processes
- Strong numerical and analytical skills for interpreting pay data and producing evidence-based insights
- Ability to communicate evaluation results clearly to stakeholders and build confidence in final recommendations
- Commitment to fair remuneration principles and comfort operating in a regulated or large-scale environment
- Capacity to manage a focused 20-hour weekly workload while meeting fixed-term project milestones
