As Assistant Coach and Recruiting Coordinator, Men's Basketball with Ulsuno in New Orleans, La, you will blend on-court instruction with strategic recruiting leadership for the men's basketball program. Core Duties

• Design and deliver practice drills that refine individual skills and team concepts as Assistant Coach for men's basketball.
• Coordinate all recruiting activities, from remote film review and live scouting events to direct outreach with prospects and their networks.
• Organize campus or facility visits, maintain accurate prospect records, and guide candidates through next steps in the selection process.
• Contribute tactical input during games and post-contest analysis sessions to support overall strategy.
• Coach individual players on technique, position-specific techniques, and mental preparation throughout the season.
• Handle logistics such as travel coordination for recruiting trips and internal briefing materials for staff reviews.
