What This Role Involves

As a Clinical Social Worker - Fee For Service based in MI - Beverly Hills, you will provide clinical social work services under a fee-for-service model. The full-time position centers on direct client care, sound clinical judgment, and consistent documentation so that each person you serve receives thoughtful, ethical support. You will work as part of the Thriveworks team in this Michigan location while owning your clinical day-to-day work.

Core Duties

• Complete thorough psychosocial assessments and formulate clear, client-centered treatment plans
• Provide individual, couples, family, or group therapy using evidence-informed clinical approaches
• Document sessions, diagnoses, progress, and care plans accurately and on schedule
• Coordinate with other professionals when integrated care is clinically indicated
• Maintain an active fee-for-service caseload consistent with full-time clinical expectations
• Protect client confidentiality and follow professional ethics and applicable clinical standards

What You Bring

• Master’s degree in social work from an accredited program
• Active clinical social work license authorizing practice in Michigan (for example LMSW or equivalent clinical level)
• Hands-on experience delivering psychotherapy or clinical social work services
• Solid skills in assessment, differential diagnosis support, and treatment planning
• Strong written and verbal communication plus reliable clinical documentation habits
• Ability to manage a fee-for-service schedule independently while collaborating when needed in the MI - Beverly Hills area
