Position Summary

In the Capital Project Manager – Utility Infrastructure position at Portlandgeneral, you will lead end-to-end delivery of high-value projects that modernize and expand essential utility systems. Responsibilities

• Direct the full project lifecycle for capital utility infrastructure work, from scope definition and feasibility through construction and handover.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets that keep Capital Project Manager – Utility Infrastructure initiatives on track.
• Coordinate design reviews, permitting, procurement, and field construction activities with internal groups and external partners.
