Your Responsibilities

• Conduct regular patrols of buildings, entrances, public areas, and surrounding grounds to deter incidents and identify potential risks.
• Observe surveillance systems and access points, recording and reporting anything that appears out of place.
• Respond promptly to alarms, disturbances, medical calls, or other security events and take appropriate first-response action.
• Enforce property access rules, check credentials when required, and maintain orderly entry and exit flow.
• Document shifts thoroughly through clear incident reports, daily activity logs, and timely hand-offs to the next officer.
• Partner with supervisors, colleagues, and external responders to resolve situations and uphold established safety protocols.
• Provide polite guidance and assistance to guests and staff while remaining focused on overall security objectives.

What We're Looking For

• Prior experience in security, loss prevention, or a related protective-services function preferred but not always required.
• Ability to remain standing or walking for extended periods and to stay alert throughout assigned full-time shifts.
