The Opportunity

In this Senior Director, Site Head of Quality position with Catalent in Madison, WI, you will set the direction for the full quality function at the site. The role centers on building robust systems, strengthening culture around quality, and partnering with site leaders so that every process meets required standards and supports long-term performance.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead the site quality organization by setting clear priorities, coaching managers, and fostering a culture of ownership and continuous improvement
• Own the quality management system, including document control, change management, CAPA, deviations, and risk assessments
• Ensure inspection readiness and serve as primary quality interface during internal and external audits
• Define and track quality metrics, then drive corrective and preventive actions that close gaps and raise overall performance
• Partner with operations, technical, and leadership teams to integrate quality into daily decisions and new initiatives
• Maintain effective governance so all quality-related work aligns with applicable regulations and corporate expectations
• Attract, develop, and retain talent within the quality function to build depth and succession strength

Who We're Looking For

• Proven track record leading quality teams at the senior or director level, ideally as a site head of quality or equivalent
• Deep working knowledge of quality systems, compliance processes, and continuous improvement methods
• Strong ability to influence cross-functional partners and present quality topics clearly to senior stakeholders
• Experience managing audit programs, regulatory interactions, and complex investigation workflows
• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific, engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred
• Excellent communication, decision-making, and organizational skills suited to a fast-paced site environment
