Your Responsibilities

• Measure and record vital signs, intake-output totals, and other routine observations for surgical recovery patients
• Help patients with bathing, dressing, toileting, feeding, and mobility transfers while protecting skin integrity and preventing falls
• Transport individuals within the unit or to procedures and assist with positioning for comfort or examination
• Maintain clean, well-stocked patient rooms and equipment readiness according to unit protocols
• Document care activities accurately and promptly alert licensed staff to any observed changes in condition
• Collect basic specimens, perform simple point-of-care checks, and support telemetry or oxygen setup under nurse direction
• Promote infection-prevention practices and communication that keeps the broader care team aligned

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent educational background
• Prior experience as a patient care technician, certified nursing assistant, or comparable direct-care role preferred
