Description:

We are looking for an experienced QA Automation Engineer responsible for designing and implementing a testing framework to cover application regression, performance, project related tests and end to end quality of projects within the Company’s Web Application Portfolios.

Job Responsibilities:

Involved in the design, development, and execution of functional and regression tests used to measure correctness, robustness, performance, and overall quality.

Provide all partners with appropriate regression reports in a timely manner.

Build a software test automation infrastructure.

Expand our software testing and integration solutions to ensure quality product releases.

Effectively manage individual project priorities, deadlines and deliverables.

Analyzing how systems are being tested manually and identifying opportunities to reduce that time and effort through Automation.

Designing and creating robust automated test scripts to address business and technical use cases.

Identify and investigate issues found during testing, and update test cases based on discovered defects.

Work closely with fellow software developers and QA team to resolve issues.

Continuously learn relevant new technologies to keep up with and apply them to the role

Participate in project-wide reviews of requirements, system architecture, and detailed design documents

Basic Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in computer programming, computer science, or a related field.

Experience in using test automation frameworks and tools, such as Selenium.

Experience with Agile project delivery model and test/defect life cycle

Experience in bug tracking tools like JIRA

Knowledge of QA best practices, QA automation tools, well-designed QA test plan preparation

Strong understanding of techniques such as Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, Test Driven Development, Cloud Development, application resiliency and security

Excellent verbal communication, analytical skills and attention to detail. Strong team player with an ability to communicate openly and frequently with all members of the team in resolving technical problems.

Self-starter with proven ability to remain up-to-date and quickly grasp new technologies.
