About This Position

As an Associate Information Security Analyst at Nttlimited, you'll support our security operations team in protecting critical information assets and infrastructure. This full-time role is ideal for candidates with foundational security knowledge and a passion for learning emerging threats, compliance frameworks, and defensive technologies. You'll work on-site in Mumbai, contributing directly to our information security initiatives and gaining hands-on experience across multiple security domains.

What You'll Do

• Monitor security alerts and investigate potential security incidents, working with senior analysts to determine severity and appropriate response
• Assist in vulnerability assessments and security testing activities, documenting findings and supporting remediation efforts
• Support compliance and audit activities, including documentation review and control validation
• Help maintain and update security policies, procedures, and standards documentation
• Participate in security awareness initiatives and training within your team
• Analyse logs and network traffic to identify suspicious activity or policy violations

Who We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, cybersecurity, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
• Foundational understanding of information security principles, threat landscape, and defence mechanisms
• Familiarity with common security tools, technologies, or frameworks (SIEM, firewalls, intrusion detection, or similar)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
• Commitment to continuous learning in the fast-evolving security field
