Position Summary

The Creospan- Java Fullstack Developer at Nexthire in Pune will own work across the full software lifecycle. You will translate product needs into working features, spanning server-side logic in Java through to polished client-side experiences, while collaborating closely with peers based in Indias technology hub.

What You'll Do

• Design, code and maintain full-stack solutions using Java on the backend together with modern front-end technologies
• Create and consume RESTful services that integrate cleanly with user interfaces
• Build and refine data models, write efficient SQL queries and ensure secure data access
• Participate in code reviews, write unit and integration tests, and follow established coding standards
• Diagnose production issues, optimise performance and resolve defects across the stack
• Work with product, design and other engineering colleagues in Pune to clarify requirements and deliver iterative improvements

Skills & Qualifications

• Solid command of Java and common enterprise frameworks such as Spring or Spring Boot
• Practical experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript and at least one contemporary front-end framework or library
• Familiarity with relational databases, SQL and basic data modelling
• Comfort with version control, continuous integration practices and collaborative agile workflows
• Clear communication skills and the ability to thrive in a full-time, on-site team environment in Pune, Indiana
• Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail when shipping production software
