The Opportunity

Mii is excited to welcome a seasoned professional to join our team as the Deputy Editor. Reporting to the Editor-in-Chief, you will play a crucial role in shaping content strategy and ensuring high-quality editorial output across the Asia-Pacific region. This full-time position is based in our Singapore office and offers a dynamic environment for growth and innovation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the production process for all APAC publications, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to editorial standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute editorial strategies that align with business objectives.
• Provide mentorship and support to junior editors and writers, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Conduct regular meetings with regional contributors to maintain strong relationships and ensure consistent quality of content.
• Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to inform editorial decisions and enhance our market position.

Skills & Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in editorial roles, preferably within the APAC region.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a keen eye for detail.
• Strong leadership qualities, with proven success in mentoring and developing editorial staff.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to effectively liaise with senior stakeholders.
• Familiarity with digital publishing platforms and tools is advantageous but not mandatory.
