About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) to join our team on a casual basis. This role involves providing high-quality nursing care to residents in a supportive and professional environment.

Core Duties

• Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols.
• Monitor and document patient conditions, including vital signs and symptoms.
• Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Educate residents and their families on health-related topics and self-care techniques.

What You Bring

• A current registration as a Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) with the College of Nurses of Ontario.
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing practices and procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to interact effectively with residents, families, and colleagues.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in long-term care or a similar setting is preferred but not mandatory.
