Wat ga je doen?
Als Sous-Chef ben jij de rechterhand van de chef-kok en mede verantwoordelijk voor het reilen en zeilen in onze keuken. Jij:

Stuurt het keukenteam aan bij afwezigheid van de chef-kok;

Bewaakt de kwaliteit en presentatie van de gerechten;

Draagt zorg voor de naleving van HACCP en hygiëneregels;

Werkt actief mee op de werkvloer, zowel tijdens mise-en-place als tijdens service;

Levert input voor het menu en denkt mee over vernieuwing en optimalisatie;

Coacht en motiveert collega’s en zorgt voor een fijne werksfeer.
