About this Role
Vogo is seeking a hands-on Senior Full Stack Engineer to work across our frontend and backend stack and build the products our travelers use every day. You’ll own both user-facing features and the services that power them, from turning design concepts into polished user experiences to building the APIs and backend systems that support them.
 
This is a senior role in practice, not just in title or compensation band. As one of the senior engineers in our Dallas office, you will serve as a technical leader for the team, helping drive release readiness, mentoring engineers, contributing to architecture decisions, and shaping how we build and scale the platform. You will have meaningful influence over both technical direction and engineering culture. 
 
The ideal candidate combines strong technical depth with an ownership mindset and a passion for building high-quality products. Success in this role requires someone who cares equally about the customer experience users see and the performance, reliability, and scalability running underneath. 
 
This role reports to the Head of Engineering. It’s a full-time hybrid position based in Dallas.
