Salary Range: $65K-$75K + 40% commission on all training sessions and up to a $4k annual performance bonus.

Location: Downtown Chicago, IL. Exact location details will be shared as soon as they become available!
Work Hours: Monday – Friday, 40-45 hours per week. Schedule flexibility is required to cover peak hours, typically between 7 AM–3 PM or 10 AM–6 PM.
Reports to: Client Operations Manager

Your mission is to curate your tenants’ vitality by owning the strategy and rhythm of our longevity rituals. You don’t just manage a gym; you design the high-performance culture that turns a workplace into a thriving hub, strengthening the connective tissue between our members while providing the movement and recovery protocols that fuel their life’s work.

As the Head Coach, you are the guardian of our standards—honing the craft of your team and ensuring our training, programming, and service are second to none. Through authentic connection and a commitment to excellence, you drive the energy and engagement that make our spaces a thriving hub. By clearing the way for our members to achieve their best, you fuel both personal longevity and the building’s commercial success, proving that when our people flourish, the entire asset rises.
