Supervisor I

We're seeking an accomplished Supervisor I to lead operations and drive team performance at North Coast Holdings, Inc. in Williamston, Martin County. What This Role Involves

In this supervisory role, you'll oversee daily operations and guide a dedicated team to achieve safety, quality, and productivity standards. You'll manage scheduling, resource allocation, and project execution while maintaining clear communication with your team and leadership. Your focus will be on building a strong team culture, ensuring compliance with all company policies and regulations, and supporting the professional development of those you supervise.

Core Duties

• Supervise and mentor a team of field or operations personnel, providing clear direction and performance feedback
• Schedule work assignments, manage resources, and coordinate daily operations
• Monitor work quality and safety compliance across all assigned projects and activities
• Conduct performance reviews, address concerns, and support employee development and advancement
• Communicate effectively with management regarding team performance, challenges, and operational needs
• Ensure adherence to company policies, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements
• Train new team members and maintain documentation of operational activities

• Proven supervisory or team lead experience in operations, field services, or similar environments
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and develop others

• Clear written and verbal communication skills
