We're seeking an accomplished Supervisor I to lead operations and drive team performance at North Coast Holdings, Inc. in Williamston, Martin County. What This Role Involves
In this supervisory role, you'll oversee daily operations and guide a dedicated team to achieve safety, quality, and productivity standards. Core Duties
- Supervise and mentor a team of field or operations personnel, providing clear direction and performance feedback
- Schedule work assignments, manage resources, and coordinate daily operations
- Monitor work quality and safety compliance across all assigned projects and activities
- Conduct performance reviews, address concerns, and support employee development and advancement
- Communicate effectively with management regarding team performance, challenges, and operational needs
- Ensure adherence to company policies, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements
- Train new team members and maintain documentation of operational activities
What We're Looking For
- Proven supervisory or team lead experience in operations, field services, or similar environments
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and develop others
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices relevant to the industry
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing operational needs
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications or additional supervisory training is a plus
