About the Role

As a Termite Technician with Terminix, you'll deliver specialized pest control services focused on termite inspection, treatment, and prevention. You'll work directly with residential and commercial clients throughout the Largo area, using your expertise to identify termite infestations, recommend solutions, and execute effective treatment plans that protect properties and provide peace of mind.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough termite inspections of properties and identify areas of infestation or risk
• Apply approved termite treatments and pesticides according to safety and industry standards
• Document findings, treatments, and recommendations in client reports and company systems
• Educate customers about termite prevention, warning signs, and ongoing protection strategies
• Maintain and operate specialized equipment and tools safely and effectively
• Respond to service calls and follow-up appointments in a professional and timely manner

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent; pest control certification preferred
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Physical ability to lift, climb, and work in various environments and weather conditions
• Strong communication skills and a customer-service focus
