The Opportunity
FedEx's Same Day Local service represents a high-growth opportunity in rapid delivery. As General Manager, you'll own business strategy and execution for this product line, working across functional teams to unlock revenue potential, refine service offerings, and build lasting customer relationships. This role combines strategic vision with hands-on leadership to establish Same Day Local as a cornerstone of FedEx's delivery portfolio.
Core Duties
- Drive business performance, profitability, and growth strategy for the Same Day Local product
- Design and execute revenue expansion initiatives and market opportunities
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Pricing, Legal, and Sales teams to evolve and scale the service
- Manage relationships with key partners and external stakeholders
- Develop and oversee performance metrics, forecasting, and operational goals
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve customer experience and market positioning

- Proven track record in business management, product strategy, or general management roles
- Strong analytical and financial acumen with ability to drive P&L performance
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex stakeholder relationships
