Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily retail store operations, including opening, closing, and shift management
• Lead, train, and motivate a diverse retail team to meet performance and service standards
• Drive sales and revenue targets while maintaining inventory accuracy and stock levels
• Ensure full compliance with state and local cannabis regulations and company policies
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve customer concerns professionally
• Manage scheduling, payroll oversight, and staff development initiatives
• Monitor visual merchandising, product placement, and store appearance
• Analyze sales data and implement strategies to optimize store performance

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing a retail store or leading a sales team
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate staff
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Knowledge of retail operations, inventory management, and sales metrics
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills
