Role Overview

As Strategy Director at Nike Communications, you'll own the strategic vision and execution of integrated campaigns for luxury and prestige brand clients. Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive marketing and brand strategies for prestige client accounts, grounded in consumer research, competitive analysis, and cultural insight
  • Partner with creative, account management, and production teams to transform strategic recommendations into compelling campaigns across all media channels
  • Lead strategy development workshops and stakeholder presentations; translate complex market data into clear, actionable strategic direction
  • Oversee strategy timelines, deliverables, and project workflows; manage multiple accounts and ensure quality execution
  • Mentor and develop junior strategists; foster a collaborative environment that prioritizes diverse perspectives and creative problem-solving
  • Analyze campaign performance data, measure ROI, and refine strategies to optimize client outcomes and business growth

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in marketing strategy, brand strategy, or strategic planning—with at least 2 years leading teams or managing high-value accounts
  • Proven success developing and executing strategies for luxury, prestige, or iconic brands
  • Exceptional analytical and research skills; ability to synthesize consumer insights, market trends, and business data into strategy
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities; comfort presenting to clients and collaborating across disciplines
  • Demonstrated leadership, mentoring, and team-building capabilities in agency or creative environments
  • Deep understanding of omnichannel marketing, digital strategy, and contemporary cultural trends
