Supervisor, Building Services

Position Summary

As Supervisor, Building Services, you'll lead our facilities team to maintain a safe, clean, and professional environment across our Woodcliff Lake location. This full-time position requires a proactive manager who can coordinate maintenance activities, supervise staff, ensure compliance with building standards, and support PDI's commitment to health, wellness, and operational excellence. You'll work closely with departments throughout our facility to keep operations running smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate building services staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management
• Oversee daily maintenance, cleaning, and sanitation operations throughout the facility
• Ensure building systems, equipment, and facilities meet safety and compliance standards
• Respond to maintenance requests and coordinate repairs or improvements
• Monitor inventory of supplies and equipment; manage departmental budget
• Maintain documentation and records related to facility operations and staff performance
• Collaborate with other departments to support facility and operational needs

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience supervising building services or facilities maintenance teams
• Strong knowledge of building systems, equipment maintenance, and safety standards
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
• Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
