Position Summary

This is a full-time General Manager position where you'll oversee all daily operations at your Little Caesars location. You can expect a balanced 5-day work week averaging 45–48 hours, with schedules designed around quality of life—no early starts, no excessive late nights. This role offers the foundation for career advancement into Area Supervisor, Training Manager, or Area Coach positions as you develop your leadership capabilities.

Your Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day restaurant operations, including food quality, service standards, and customer satisfaction
• Lead, train, and supervise a team of crew members and assistant managers
• Maintain inventory management, food safety, and hygiene standards
• Drive sales and profitability while controlling costs and labor efficiency
• Ensure compliance with company policies and brand standards
• Build a positive team culture and support staff development and growth
