Role Overview
Traffic Control Flaggers are essential safety personnel at active job sites, responsible for directing traffic and protecting both workers and the public. At A D A Traffic Control, you'll manage vehicle and pedestrian flow at construction zones, maintenance areas, and infrastructure projects throughout our service territory. What You'll Do
- Direct traffic through work zones using flags, hand signals, and signage
- Communicate with construction supervisors and crews to coordinate safe operations
- Monitor traffic flow and adjust control strategies for maximum safety and efficiency
- Deploy traffic control equipment in compliance with safety standards
- Perform duties consistently in all seasons and weather conditions
- Follow OSHA regulations and traffic management best practices
