Clean Harbors is hiring a Class A Truck Driver to join our Transportation & Logistics team in Hubertus, Washington County. This full-time position offers the opportunity to play a critical role in safely delivering hazardous and non-hazardous materials across our service areas while maintaining the highest standards of safety and compliance.

The Opportunity

As a Class A Truck Driver with Clean Harbors, you'll operate modern commercial vehicles and specialized equipment to support our Environmental Services division. You'll transport materials safely to industrial sites, field locations, and customer facilities across the region. This role demands precision, responsibility, and a commitment to the DOT regulations and safety protocols that protect our teams, our cargo, and the communities we serve. You'll be part of a company with deep expertise in environmental logistics and a reputation for operational excellence.

Your Responsibilities

  • Operate Class A commercial trucks safely and efficiently to transport hazardous and non-hazardous materials
  • Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance issues promptly
  • Comply with all Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations, safety protocols, and company policies
  • Load, unload, and secure cargo according to industry standards and safety requirements
  • Maintain accurate logbooks, delivery records, and vehicle documentation
  • Communicate professionally with dispatchers, clients, and team members
  • Respond to dynamic routing and scheduling to meet operational needs

Requirements

  • Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with air brakes endorsement
  • Clean driving record meeting DOT standards
  • Knowledge of hazmat transportation, DOT compliance, and safety regulations
  • Ability to safely operate Class A trucks and specialized equipment
  • Physical capability to perform routine vehicle inspections and basic maintenance checks
  • Excellent communication and time-management skills
  • Commitment to safety, punctuality, and professional conduct
