We're hiring a full-time Shopper at Instacart in Camillus, Onondaga County, to help bring fresh groceries and everyday essentials directly to customers' homes. What This Role Involves

As an Instacart Shopper, you'll be the link between our partner grocery stores and the families and individuals who depend on timely, quality deliveries. You'll navigate retail environments, locate items efficiently, and transport groceries to customers throughout the Camillus area. This is hands-on work that values independence, attention to detail, and genuine care for customer satisfaction.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Shop for groceries and household items at assigned retail locations based on customer orders
• Inspect products for quality and freshness before adding to your cart
• Organize and pack items carefully to prevent damage during transport
• Deliver completed orders to customer addresses in a timely manner
• Communicate professionally with customers via text or call regarding orders
• Handle checkout and payment processes accurately
• Maintain a safe, clean vehicle suitable for deliveries
• Work independently while meeting performance and customer rating expectations

Who We're Looking For

• Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle
• Smartphone with the Instacart Shopper app installed
• Ability to lift and carry groceries regularly
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to order accuracy
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Flexibility to work various hours, including evenings and weekends
• Professional demeanor and reliable transportation habits
