Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain CT imaging equipment with precision and safety awareness
• Position patients appropriately and explain procedures to reduce anxiety and ensure cooperation
• Monitor vital signs and respond to patient needs during scans
• Maintain detailed records of imaging procedures and patient information
• Collaborate with radiologists and clinical staff to deliver diagnostic quality images
• Follow strict infection control and radiation safety protocols
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and alert maintenance when needed

Requirements

• Current CT Technologist certification (ARRT preferred) or equivalent state licensure
• Valid radiology technology credentials in California
• Demonstrated experience operating CT imaging systems
