Maintenance Mult-Craft Tech-Dayshift

Join Bonnell Aluminum's Maintenance team as a Multi-Craft Technician in Carthage, Smith County. This is a full-time, dayshift position where you'll maintain critical equipment and keep our operations running smoothly.

The Opportunity

We're looking for a skilled, hands-on technician who thrives in a dynamic manufacturing environment. You'll work a predictable 12-hour dayshift schedule (6:45 AM to 6:45 PM) with a 3-days-on, 3-days-off rotation, giving you consistent work and dedicated time off. Your expertise in mechanical and electrical systems will directly impact production uptime and facility safety. Starting pay is $27.95–$33.85 per hour, commensurate with experience and performance.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment and facility systems
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic equipment issues
• Conduct equipment inspections, identify wear or damage, and document maintenance work
• Collaborate with the Operations team to minimize downtime and support production goals
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment
• Respond to urgent maintenance calls and troubleshoot problems on the production floor

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a multi-craft or general maintenance technician in a manufacturing setting
• Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and maintenance manuals
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working a fixed dayshift schedule
• Valid driver's license (preferred)
