Join Kovach as a Project Executive Glass, based in Chandler, Maricopa County. This is a full-time position overseeing project delivery for our growing operations in the Las Vegas market and beyond.
About This Position
As a Project Executive Glass with Kovach, you'll lead and drive the strategic direction and execution of assigned projects with full accountability for success. This role requires you to own project outcomes, maintain transparent visibility across all phases, and collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely, quality delivery. You'll travel to our Chandler corporate office as needed for training, strategic planning sessions, and key meetings to stay aligned with company leadership and operations.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project execution, maintaining clear ownership of project scope, budget, and timeline
- Ensure seamless contract flow and project progression from initiation through completion
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align on project requirements and deliverables
- Identify and mitigate project risks and obstacles to keep initiatives on track
- Attend required training and strategic meetings at the Chandler headquarters
- Communicate project status and outcomes to stakeholders and leadership
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in manufacturing, construction, or enclosure systems
